The Zuidas is the new business heart of Amsterdam and the Eurocenter project has ensured that the entrance to the ‘The Financial Mile’ is suitably striking.

With its superb location and first class facilities, the Zuidas area is revolutionising how business is conducted in Amsterdam and giving the city genuine financial élan. MAB Development was asked to develop the prestigious Eurocenter complex, three tall towers that would form the ‘doorway’ to the district. Completed in 2007, the results have exceeded expectations.

This multifunctional project required us to combine top-quality living, working and recreational facilities within two office buildings and one residential tower. The ‘business’ towers have a combined total of 23 floors, constructed in a modular arrangement so that office tenants have exceptional flexibility qua layout. A range of commercial and retail spaces are available along with secure parking facilities.

The residential tower houses luxury apartments, available in six different types. Premium 200 m² penthouses extrude from the façade much like skyboxes in a stadium and offer seriously spectacular views.

Overall, the Eurocenter’s design successfully emphasises the site’s overall quality, with the architecture and colours making for a very welcoming impression and giving the right allure for this prominent location.
