Search criteria: 

MAB Development is developing the Voorstenpoort office building in the Voorsterpoort-Zuid area of Zwolle, southwest of the new Prinsenpoort residential neighbourhood.

The Voorsterpoort-Zuid office building consists of around 10,000 m² of floor surface and around 140 parking spaces of which 120 are under cover. In the current design, the building consists of three parts, varying from four to a maximum of six storeys. The starting point in the design is to create a future-proof building with a focus on user comfort which is representative and has the best possible layout for all fields of work.

The separate parts of the complex are connected but can also be used individually, making the building suitable for one or more tenants. The plinth will accommodate the general facilities such as the entrance/reception, meeting rooms, an auditorium, repro services and lunch facilities.

The priority is to develop a sustainable and energy-efficient building that more than meets international environmental hallmarks. The building has a stretched out design, based on the idea that this should minimise the sound of the motorway exit in the residential neighbourhood.
