MAB Development is working on the Terwijde shopping centre in Utrecht's Leidsche Rijn area. This shopping centre is intended in large measure to serve the daily needs of the residential areas in the immediate vicinities Terwijde and Het Zand. Space is also available for other facilities, such as cafés and restaurants and commercial services. Another part of the development is the construction of around 140 homes to let for investment purposes.
Terwijde is situated in the northern part of the new Leidsche Rijn building development in Utrecht. It is centrally located and easily accessible, whether by car, bicycle or public transport.
