Amstelveen, head office for Esprit Nederland
MAB Development is responsible for the new head office of Esprit in Amstelveen, just south of Amsterdam. The office comprises three storeys (including a showroom) covering a floor surface area of around 5,700 m². Also a underground parking space has been realized and provides 111 parking places. Construction started in September 2009 and has been completed in October 2010.
Design and realisation
Designed by Bekkering Adams architects, the building is being constructed by Delft-based company Sprangers Bouwbedrijf.
Het Parc
The Esprit building is the first part of the MAB Development project known as ‘Het Parc’. Located in a prime position next to the A9 motorway, the development will eventually create over 50,000 square metres of commercial space for offices, showrooms and business premises, plus some 700 parking places.
