The ZAC du Chemin Herbu’s retail park located in Persan in the county of Val d’Oise, shall provide, end of 2013, 27,800 m² of shops mainly specializing in household furnishing and completed with cultural leisure activities, sport and apparels.

This project, elaborated by the architecture firm, Patrick Charoin + Marina Donda, is drawn on the vision to valorize a sustainable urban development, which allows the town of Persan to have an embellished and recognizable gateway into the city, harmonizing instead of rivaling with the neighbouring retail zone of Chambly, creating a real synergy with the latter.

The project’s high standing architectural lay-out fits in perfectly within the surrounding environment, as well as its arborescented landscaped parking lot.

Through the originality of the layout and its landscaped promenade, the project becomes and essential element in the continuity and reciprocity between the 2 towns of Chambly and Persan.
