MAB Development signs more new leases for Haarlem Raaks

MAB Development has signed several new leases for the inner-city project Haarlem Raaks during the past quarter, including a Dirx drugstore, an Otelli ice-cream parlour, Shabu Shabu Restaurants, Duosports, the Tapijtcentrum (carpets), hairdressers TonJon and Vink bakery. These follow on from contracts signed with Pathé cinemas, Block Electrostore, Bruna and an Albert Heijn supermarket including a Gall & Gall liquor store.

MAB and city of Haarlem place opening plaque in Raaks garage

On 20 August 2010, Chris van Velzen, former alderman of the city of Haarlem, placed an opening plaque in the new car park of the Haarlem Raaks project. The Raaks garage in the city centre has been open for parking since 26 May. Having made a major contribution to the project, Van Velzen was asked to mark the completion of the Raaks parking garage with the special plaque ceremony.

MAB to develop expansion of Heyhoef shopping centre and apartments in Tilburg

MAB Development will be responsible for the extension of the Heyhoef shopping centre in Tilburg, around 35 km north-east of Eindhoven. The project includes approximately 5,800 m² of shop space, 62 rental apartments and a parking facility with around 419 spaces.
