20,000 VISITORS AT THE OPENING DAY OF ROPPENHEIM THE STYLE OUTLETS

A perfect start for The Style Outlets, the first joint development by NEINVER and MAB Development in the heart of Alsace.On Wednesday 25 April 2012, 10 a.m., Roppenheim The Style Outlets officially opened its doors to the public. Hours before the opening, one could already see long rows of people eager to be one of the first to enter the new outlet centre. The centre quickly filled up with hundreds of visitors from all over the region. Roppenheim The Style Outlets, near the French village of Roppenheim, is a mere stone’s throw from the German border. And on the opening day, this was clearly reflected in the mix of two languages that could be heard throughout the area.

MAB Development develops and builds the Sedelhöfe area in Ulm

Ulm/Frankfurt am Main, 26 April 2012. MAB Development Deutschland has been awarded a contract by the City of Ulm for the Sedelhöfe development project. A vote was taken at yesterday’s Municipal Council meeting on the collaboration with MAB in the area development project. The total investment in the project is around EUR 130 million.

Handover of 48 private properties on ODE

On Oosterdokseiland in Amsterdam, the official handover of the first private homes has taken place. Actress Olga Zuiderhoek was one of the first new residents of ODE Wharf and ODE Pier to receive the key to her apartment from MAB Development.
