MAB rents offices to Adyen at Oosterdokseiland (ODE)

On behalf of the joint developers of the Oosterdokseiland (ODE) project in Amsterdam, MAB Development Nederland has rented approximately 1,300 m2 of office space in the Nijenburg office building to Adyen. Nijenburg is part of the development of Lot 2 at ODE by MAB Development and Meyer Bergman in cooperation with NCT CV. In addition to Adyen, the building also accommodates the head office of Vodafone (7,500 m2) since January 2012.

Dura and MAB sell Bigshops Parkboulevard to Deka Immobilien

On Tuesday 20 December 2011, Dutch developers Dura Vermeer Vastgoed and MAB Development Nederland sold the Bigshops Parkboulevard project in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, to German investor DEKA Immobilien. The transaction comprises 25,000 m² of shops and hospitality businesses and a car park with 750 parking spaces. The parties have agreed not to make any statement regarding the purchase price.

A new phase for Solingen shopping and city centre

The day had been eagerly awaited for months by many of the residents of Solingen as well as those directly involved in the joint venture between MAB Development and Sonae Sierra. At around 2:15 pm on December 18 the former tower hotel in the city centre of Solingen was successfully blasted. The demolition was necessary as part of the development of a new sustainable shopping centre with a total gross lettable area of 29,000 m². It is planned for the centre to open its doors between the end of 2013 and the beginning of 2014.
