Sale of apartments on Oosterdokseiland (ODE) Amsterdam to start this autumn

The first of a total of 160 privately owned properties on the Oosterdokseiland (eastern dock island - ODE) in Amsterdam will go on the market this coming autumn. MAB Development has assigned real estate agents Eefje Voogd Makelaardij and Broersma Makelaardij to take care of the sale of these superior city centre accommodations and penthouses, which form part of the large Oosterdokseiland development project by MAB and Meyer Bergman.

ODE will include a total of 300 privately owned and rental apartments varying from typical city dwellings to luxury penthouses. All will benefit from a wide range of facilities on and nearby the location. One of the most spectacular features of the apartments is their views over either the city centre or the IJ waterway. They are also eminently accessible despite the central location, being next to the main Amsterdam train station and less than 10 minutes drive away from the A10 ring road. In addition, the residents  will enjoy parking facilities that are way above average Amsterdam standards, plus all the comforts of 21st century living in a lively city centre, including terraces on the quay.
