The first of a total of 160 privately owned properties on the Oosterdokseiland (eastern dock island - ODE) in Amsterdam will go on the market this coming autumn. MAB Development has assigned real estate agents Eefje Voogd Makelaardij and Broersma Makelaardij to take care of the sale of these superior city centre accommodations and penthouses, which form part of the large Oosterdokseiland development project by MAB and Meyer Bergman.
ODE will include a total of 300 privately owned and rental apartments varying from typical city dwellings to luxury penthouses.
