New tenant for the NEXTOWER

Frankfurt am Main, 13. October 2011. The management consultancy EGC EUROGROUP CONSULTING has taken a lease on around 700 m² of the Frankfurt NEXTOWER of MAB Development Germany. At the beginning of 2012 the management consultancy will move its headquarters into the 32nd floor of the state-of-the-art office tower.

EGC EUROGROUP CONSULTING is part of the Europe-wide consultancy group with 24 locations in 18 countries. The currently 80 employees of the German-Austrian company will leave their present Bad Homburg location in February 2012. In the 15th year of its existence the management consultancy will relocate their premises into the top floor of the NEXTOWER. EGC concentrates its consultancy above all on strategic and operational questions by banks, savings banks and insurance companies. In the centre of one of the most important finance centres in Europe the company with its new headquarters on Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz is directly in the centre of the action, in order to do justice to the requirements of clients at the highest level.

MAB Development and EGC were introduced to each other by two well-known property consultants. Here MAB was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate and EGC by Jones Lang LaSalle.

As a component part of the PalaisQuartier the NEXTOWER offers state-of-the-art office space with a historic address. On the 32 floors of the 135-metre high office tower the technical infrastructure can be adapted flexibly to the requirements of users. The striking architecture with elegant glass façade, airy transparency and impressive reception lobby – combined with roof terraces, fresh air windows and high ceilings – guarantees an optimum working atmosphere.
