The agreement with Adyen, which came into effect on 1 January 2012, is in line with the strategy for the development. “Adyen is one of the fastest growing international internet payment companies in the world,” says Isaäc Kalisvaart, CEO of the MAB Group. “Like the other tenants at ODE - Vodafone and TomTom - Adyen is a dynamic and ambitious company that is settling at an exciting place in the heart of the city with excellent accessibility due to its location next to the Central Station and only 15 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.”
The Nijenburg office building now has a little over 3,000 m2 of offices still available. In addition to this building, Lot 2 will see the realisation of 83 apartments and 5,200 m2 of retail, bars and restaurants with terraces on the Oosterdok quayside.
