MAB and Blokker Holding to redevelop Colmschate shopping centre in Deventer
On 15 July 2010 the Colmschate shopping centre in Deventer was bought by the Colmschate Ontwikkeling CV development cooperative, a partnership between MAB Development Nederland BV and Blokker Holding. The centre was previously owned by Unibail Rodamco.
With over 40 units, the Colmschate shopping centre is located in the medieval city of Deventer (around 100 km west of Amsterdam), close to the city’s southern rail station. Colmschate Ontwikkeling CV purchased the centre with the intention to redevelop and expand. The plans will be further developed over the coming months in consultation with shop owners and Deventer council. More information about the project is expected in mid 2012.
