Dutch Council of Shopping Centers Annual Award

With lots of passion, dedication and respect for the historical character of the city, the re-development of some monumental buildings has been combined with new building. Old and new fuse together in a natural way, and the varied and high-quaity architecture helps the different parts of the master plan form an harmonic entity.
